Organizations interested in doing business with the Gulf Market Procurement Association are required to comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations and submit all necessary documentation required for the evaluation and finalization of the partnership agreement. This is a one-time supplier selection process designed to identify and partner with qualified, reputable, and reliable suppliers committed to delivering high standards of quality, professionalism, and service.

The bid evaluation conducted as part of the supplier qualification process does not guarantee the award of any business or contract with the Gulf Market Procurement Association. Instead, it serves as a mandatory prerequisite for suppliers seeking to establish a contractual partnership with the Gulf Market Procurement Association and to be considered for future business opportunities.

Required Documentation & Compliance

To successfully finalize your partnership with the Gulf Market Procurement Association, organizations must provide valid and up-to-date corporate credentials.

  • Valid Trade License.
  • Commercial Registration Certificate and Chamber of Commerce Membership.
  • Power of Attorney (POA) or authorized signatory identification documents (such as Valid Driving License or International Passport Copy).
  • Verified Bank Account Details (IBAN Letter) for secure electronic fund transfers of the contract funds.
  • Tax Documentation; most recent corporate tax certificate or relevant tax registration documents.
  • Duly Completed Tender Application Form.
